Chris strikes the perfect balance between comfort and knowledge! He makes you feel comfortable with your search, with your purchase, with the paperwork and everything in between. He knows the market and he takes time to get to know YOU. He never tried to pressure me into anything and took cues from me as we looked at homes. He carefully guided me away from decisions that wouldn't be in my best interest while always offering other options and staying positive. He communicates wonderfully. I never had to wait long for him to respond to me. Also, being a first time buyer, he never made me feel silly for all of my "first time home buyer questions"! I had a lot of them!!
