The Home Buying Process Part 1

Everyone wants their own home to call their own, but the number one question is always, What’s next and how do I get in this house? Well Chris Adams has come out with this new series on Youtube to help you answer all those questions.

First off you need to talk to a lender, the lender is going to help you budget out what price range of homes you can look for, no one wants to go look at a house they are incapable of buying. If you do not have a lender we do have a list of lenders for you to choose from. You need to go through a lender so you can get a pre approval letter. A pre approval letter will show the seller that you have the money to buy their house.

Now it is time for a team to get involved. Going through the home buying process you are going to work with a lot of people like the lender, then next we will get a home inspector. The lender will then order an appraiser and then we will order a termite inspection to be sure that this home you are trying to buy is termite free. Next thing you will have to look for is Homeowner’s insurance. Finally the closing will come along and it will be held at the title company. The title company will make sure we have a clear title and can close everything on time and get you a set of keys to your new home.

The Home Buying Process part 5

Now we are in the final closing stage. The termite inspection cleared, the appraisals came back with no conditions so it has been accepted. We now have a clear to close. Before you sign the contract, you will need a form of identification. We will get some closing documents a few days out from your lender, the closing documents will show you a break down of all the closing costs, fees and down payments. In order to pay for everything you will need to have your bank wire the money to the title company. We will fully go over the closing documents to make sure everything is right and where it is supposed to be, and you will be ready to sign and get the keys to your new house.
